SBV approved the listing VietinBank’s state-owned shares

Recently, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received Dispatch No.9375/NHNN-TTGSNH dated 16th December 20141 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on listing VietinBank’s state-owned shares. Accordingly, as the representative of the state-ownership at VietinBank, SBV approved the listing of all VietinBank’s state-owned shares at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).

 

In the future, VietinBank will take all steps to fully comply with the legal procedures related to listing VietinBank’s state-owned shares at HOSE, in accordance with the current laws and regulations.
